You are watching: Samsung hdmi black level

Low Black = more brightness = yes most likely ugly as an end result.Normal should be a more deep/rich black/dark tones. Should allow for a much more natural look, especially for Games/Movies. It"s very annoying when a movie has black bars and the back-glow shines through on those black bars; which would probably shine even more if black level is on low. Also if you have NVIDIA GPU, ensure this change in NVIDIA Control Panel.Change Respoluion > Set to "Use NVIDIA Color Settings"Output Color Format: RGBOutput Dynamic Range: FullAnd click APPLY

I prefer normal, just because it provides better details. Low kinda muddles everything and doesn"t look nice, in my opinion.
